"THE DEVICE IS TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED " issue Solved!!

Hello Bloggers , developers and Android enthusiasts!!

I wanted to share the one of the  annoying and disgusting issue faced by XIAOMI redmi phone users.
When we are in the process of installing our app or try to debug our app, eventually a pop-up raises in  no time saying "THE DEVICE IS TEMPORARILY RESTRICTED".

                       This article is for the people who  try different types of solutions found in the internet and may ended up  sad!
There a few steps to be followed to get rid of this  pop-up and continue our coding ,development .


Please follow the below steps:

1.Go to Settings and press More...

2.  In that go for VPN Settings..

3.In VPN , Add a VPN profile

4. You need to fill the data  as i have shown below

6.Keep the username ,password simple.

please select L2TP/IPSec PSk in the type box!.
i kept the username ,password and IPSec preshared key: "vpn" and Server Address as shown below

7. And press OK,and congos you are half way home!
8. Connect to VPN  server by keeping the VPN ON.after getting connected to the server
9.Keep the VPN ON    and try enabling the USB debugging and INSTAL VIA USB in the developer options.

10.Thank Me later!!! You will see USB debugging and Install Via USB being enabled.
11. I dont know why we have to go through these tricky things to Enable the USB debugging but definetely XIAOMI has to re-think about this.
12. And Folks one more important step !!You have to disable the VPN after checking that installing apps via usb is working .
